In connection with the Calhoun County mission of Building a Better Community Through Responsive Leadership, the Human Resources Department provides support to the entire organization in meeting its goals through our most valuable resources – the Employees. Through partnerships and collaborations with Departments throughout the County, the Human Resources Department recruits, develops and retains a high performing, innovative, and diverse workforce, and strives to foster an environment that supports, develops and sustains the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families.
