Calhoun County Health and Wellness Center

The Calhoun County Health and Wellness Center is a collaboration between Calhoun County, Toyota Tsusho, Mushashi, and Systex. The Center is a clinic for you and your eligible dependents to receive health care services focused on personalized and preventative care to support your long-term health. The County partners with Premise Health to operate the Center and bring you convenient, high-quality health care.

Eligibility
Employees, spouses, and dependents (2 years old+) who are enrolled in a County medical plan are eligible to utilize services at the Health and Wellness Center.

For employees not on County insurance, you are eligible for a free annual health risk assessment, in-person and virtual wellness programming, and a free flu vaccine at the Health and Wellness Center.

Cost
Preventative visits and medications are at no cost to all employees and their dependents on County medical plans. For those with an HSA plan, there is a nominal $50 fee for non-preventative visits which includes medications. For those on the PPO (CB3) plan, there are no fees for any services or medications.
