If you have been sentenced to pay a fine and cost and the following applies:
  • You were given time to pay.
  • You are making payment on or before the due date on your time to pay slip.
  • You are making full payment of the amount written on your time to pay slip.
You will need the following information:
    1. Defendant name as written on time to pay slip
    2. Case Number

Types of accepted payment: 
Cash, personal check*, money order, or credit card/debit (including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
*Personal checks are not accepted for felony fines and costs.

GovPros service fees for Online Payments are: 2.99% with a minimum fee of $2.95. This applies to both online and in-person payments.

You will need the following information when making a payment online:
  1. Name
  2. Case Number
  3. DOB
  4. Phone Number
  5. Email Address
  6. Payment Notes:  If you need to give the court specific instructions re: payment – i.e., copies, motion fee, etc.
Online payment information:
  • GovPros will process payment to the 37th Circuit Court immediately.
  • The Court will process payments on the date payment is received.  If a payment is made after 4:30 pm, that payment will be receipted for on the next business day.
  • If you are unsure of the amount due or the case number, please contact the 37th Circuit Court Clerk’s office at 269-969-6518.
  • Payments that are meant for any Court other than 37th Circuit Court will be rejected, and an email will be sent explaining why the payment was rejected.

Please note:  If you would rather call the Clerk’s Office to make a payment over the phone, please note that there is an additional fee of $5.00 for this service in addition to the 2.99% or $2.95 minimum fee by using the GovPros website.
